Swimming pool refurbishment, with access scaffolding addressing difficult access points. Installing a new brick-built facade, around the perimeter of the house, On new concrete strip foundations, finished with a contemporary monocouche render. Stripping back the existing roof, and extending as per the architects design. Up grading the roof with an over lay of Celotex insulation. Creating a new warm environment, within the premises. New natural Slates installed, with lead box gutters and flashings. A new smart central heating system installed through out the property. With luxury porcelain tiles to all bathrooms / en-suites. & entrance hall. Double garage constructed, on a piled foundation. Comprising of face brickwork, and a pitched slated roof to match the house.

Various remedial works, and extension to existing clubhouse. Comprising of Strip foundations, block and beam floor construction. With steel fabricated supports for wall & roof construction, insulated timber stud wall, with timber clad finish externally. Plaster board with plaster finish internally. Fully glazed UPVC windows and fire exit doors.

Works comprising of, the removal of all existing timber entrance ramps / decking & balustrades to various entrances. Re-designing, and installing new with safety non slip decking.

Replacement Entrance door and remedial works . Purpose made Joinery door & frame, and decorated to match existing.

London Commercial & Residential Property

The Facilities management company, had complaints of various leaks from the commercial tenants. We were instructed to carry out a survey, which included various dye tests. In order to track & trace the problem After extensive tests, and various exploratory works. We found that the box gutter and main glass roof had failed. We were instructed to quote, and then carry out the works as per specification. We provided access platforms below, the glazed roof. As well as a scaffold and temporary roof above.
